i accidentally left my graphic tablet at work today. i'm really itchin' to finish this one.

it depends on the scale of the drawing. for single characters, i do some lines first. though not very detailed. for bigger paintings, i keep a picture in my mind and work on the image from micro to macro. then i keep adding the details until im satisfied.
