Description
Behold the miraculously mutated Master Splinter and his specially trained teenage turtles!The background is an homage to the old Playmates package art, specially the famous "Mutations" line of transforming action figures.
I previously used a cropped and flipped version of this background for an April O'Neil piece I uploaded, but this is the image I originally created it for. The April piece has now been updated with a new background to better fit the theme of her design.
