may not have attempted to retake Deviantart for the Feline UpRising in 2013, but somebody forgot to give April O'Neil the memo! Sometimes poor Master Splinter just can't catch a break! Leonardo attempts to race to his rescue, but fortunately the recently paroled Fella is around with his trusty laser pointer to defuse the situation. The twisted Major General has been foiled again, and all Shredder can do is say "I told you so!"

This is a much overdue follow-up to my April Fools Day piece from last year.

I wanted to make sure I got this uploaded on April 1st so my original upload didn't have all the details I wanted. This is now the revised version with extra shading, revised text fonts, some new background colors, a few more LOLcat memes, and other little tweaks.
