Here you goes. A little something you OC Makers need to aid you in making your own Gamer Rider(s) for this year! ;3What you can do: ANYTHING! BE CREATIVE! You may alter and/or trace on the template to fit the desired size you'll need for your OC Rider. To make the "backpack head/face", you just have to copy and crop out the head of your OC, enlagre it, and send it to the back layer. Or if you don't have photoshop, just enlarge the head and draw over the face.
What you can't do: I dunno... steal other people's work?
Kamen Rider belongs to Toei and Shotaro Ishimori.

You can use just use your computer's paint app or any other image-editing programs you're familiar with, but if you want to use an actual pencil tool, I'd recommend using PAINT.NET, which is like a discount Photoshop but free.
