This is a page 7 from issue 1 of the "Street Fighter Legends : Sakura" comic that was released last year.This was one of my favourite pages. The situation since there arent any word bubbles onthis page is basically this, Sakura is exhausted form training the night before and is messing up all her classes. Her friend Kei asks her why she is so tired and gets it for talking in class. She becomes angry as Sakura in the last panel for the fact that Sakura's inattentiveness has now got her in trouble.
You'll note in the middle panel the kid with the large ears to the right of the page, that is all i will say, i wonder if you will catch the joke, lol.
Hope you like! Thought it might be interesting to have you see it without the word bubbles and sound FX.
(Volleyball and no Natsu you might ask?? Natsu goes to a different school than Sakura, thats why she is not seen playing volley ball with them in the third panel at the top right)

Actually, the sakura comic is meant to be read independant of Street Fighter, so you dont even have to really read Street Fighter to undestand this.
Of course we link it somewhat to the main story arc of street fighter, it takes place after Sakura comes back to Japan after training with Ryu. But it is completely self-contained, so youwont be spoiling anything!

The local comic store finally got the Sakura Legends in... I should probably read it from the first Street fighter comic...? I'm eager to buy the Sakura legends one but, I'm not sure if I'm spoiling it.

I'm in love with your drawings. This page is so Sakura-ish, it's scary. I would love to get these comics, but seems a little hard to get them since I'm from Spain and that type of things never reach my country T__T

Maybe someone already pointed this out but... shouldn't the second last panel be inverted since Sakura's frind was looking to the right, and not the left?

Omar, I just GOTTA say that I really love your art! When I first saw the SFL: Sakura sitting there at my local comic store I IMMEDIATELY grabbed it and bought it on the spot, and definitely wasn't disappointed! In fact I was rolling around laughing while reading. xD! Awesome stuff, you did a PERFECT job of portraying Sakura's character! <3
-Natsu was totally my favorite character in Rival Schools also, so props for doing some art of her too! Can't wait to see more of your work!

Yeah i worked on this comic last year. I did all the pencils inks and colours on the bgs, and for issue 1 i did the entire book myself in one month. When the script was late and there were cons in the summer, i had my friend Shane colour the characters for issue 3 and 50 -70% of issue 2 and 4.

I didn't find any information on shipping in capcomcomics.com. I did find some in the club udon page.. There really is an 'international shipping', which may include Brazil, albeit with a delivery charge. Ah man, life sure would be easier if I lived in the USA..

I like this page so much. Do you know which book stores would be most likely to have it? I just want to support you and Udon for your great work. Also, I have a hard time finding a comic book store in my area (usually I have to settle with Borders or B&N).
