Tarran has a fascination with lightning, and will go out into the rain if he can see some. He just loves it. He really wants to learn lightning magic one day, he's very determined to.
I just wanted to do more of this digital painting style. I never can tell if I'm getting better or worse at it. For one thing I love the background, but for some reason Tarran and the rain bug me. I'm overall happy with it though.

That's a really cool picture, and are you sure that Tarran and Metal aren't siblings or something like that? because she likes the rain too and thinks storms are exciting (I don't think she is physically capable of not being excited by something
