Tarran is dressed up as Luxray for Warptide and was showing Vampire his costume. He was jokingly telling her he was the scariest lion she'd ever see.
I was going to shade this but I kind of liked it without shading honestly. I decided to have Tarran dressed up as one of the things he's based off of because why not. I also wanted to draw him and Vampire together.
