As his name suggests, he is apparently incapable of understanding what makes others afraid, having never fully experienced a moment of pure terror for himself, though he has been given many details from his mother father, Pan, whom seems to secrete fear from his every pore. Gentle, understanding, friendly, if not somewhat dim-witted when it comes to common sense, Fearnot tries his best to be as good a friend as possible, and can actually be fairly protective once he has gotten to know someone well enough. Has an unabashed sense of curiosity and has no problem getting right into your face if he has a question with little regard for personal space.
Though Voodoo is his father, they share very little in common and Voodoo scarcely acknowledges his existence aside from a passing "oh yeah, that one."
