One of those guys who just does not get it; he’s egotistical by nature and a brash showoff who loves his power. He speaks with a distinctly Texan accent, but only because he thinks it makes him sound tougher. Despite his low resistance to fighting type moves and attacks, he will taunt an opponent until he’s fainted. He can’t take no for an answer and shows no fear in battle, no matter what he’s battling. He’s insanely optimistic and has an oddly childish innocence to him, despite how full of himself he is.
His lack of imagination is likely the reasoning behind his bold behavior. He’s not able to think of the worst case scenario or how things might play out because his mind simply doesn’t work that way.

His father vanished mysteriously when he was still at a young age. He and his mother had a very close relationship up until the date of her death due to a mysterious and fast-spreading illness. After his father left, she slowly slipped into despair until illness overtook her. Out of desperation and longing, he took solace in the fact that his determination motivated him to become stronger and shortly after his mother’s death he evolved, not from happiness, but from tenacity.
Since he was a child, he had always wanted to be the very best and despite his protests, it might stem from his father issues. He is still searching for his father, even to this day, especially since all the stories he had been told by his mother and the few memories he had of being with him were that he was very loved by both parents. His father’s disappearance was the cause for his nomadic lifestyle as he searched from region to region for any trace of missing zangoose.
After losing at a game of cards with a band of murkrow, he was found beaten and passed out on the beach just outside of The Singing Sea by Rockshot and his seemingly constant traveling companion, Aro . While Aro insisted in her own quiet way that the two of them should just leave him there, Rockshot took him to a place where he could dry off, about to simply leave him there and vanish back into the dankness of the bog when the lopunny sprang to his feet and, though still nowhere near strong enough to do so, initiated a fight with Rockshot. The older male rolled his eyes, fully aware the rabbit was in no condition to even be standing let alone battling, turning to leave only to be followed everywhere he went by the cunning and still very weak poison blend.
to this day, Richter follows Rockshot wherever he goes, calling him stupid things like "master" and begging for a battle.
"Peter rabbit would be wise to stay out of Mr. McGregor's garden." responded the fire type. still, the pesky rabbits follows him everywhere. Rockshot has taken to calling him things like "second course" and "pest" but can never allude the rabbit for very long.
it is Richter's sincere wish to train with Rockshot. whether or not that's ever going to happen, who knows. currently doesn't look too good, though >> does it?
he has an older half sister rolling around somewhere; he hasn't seen her in years.
