Predominantly, The-Necromancer considers himself a Marxist-Leninist, although there is a tad bit of inspiration drawn from several other schools of thought. Gramsci's theory on Cultural Hegemony is most interesting.

It should be clarified that by Marxist-Leninist, The-Necromancer means the theories and policies of Marx, Engels, and Lenin rather than all of Soviet theory and practice. Most M-L comrades tend to heavily support everything done by comrade Stalin, which would be incorrect in The-Necromancer's opinion...

I would say that The-Necromancer's interpretation of the theory is a lot more understandable than the ideas of most Marxist-Leninists. Though I obviously fundamentally disagree with a lot of The-Necromancer's beliefs, I can respect The-Necromancer for not succumbing to the dogmas that Marxist-Leninists quite often find themselves following. I would also respect The-Necromancer for the picture of Rainbow Dash featured as The-Necromancer's avatar.

We find, in this day and age, it is important to be a bit more tolerant than one might have been in the past. While ideology should not be compromised, it does absolutely no good to promote division and infighting among comrades. After all, the splitting and breaking of the Communist movement is exactly what the Capitalists want. They want the workers movement to be in turmoil, so that we may never again unite against them as a whole. It is most unfortunate that far too many within the movement do not realize this. The decades of bitter arguments and the refusal of cooperation have only strengthened the true enemy.

As far as the Rainbow Dash, would you believe that some comrades have criticized The-Necromancer for that? Some seem to think that The-Necromancer cannot be taken seriously with such an avatar. Naturally, The-Necromancer begs to differ. Anyone who has ever spoken with him on political matters would know that The-Necromancer is a very dedicated and serious comrade. Like much of Our artwork, the Rainbow Dash avatar is for the fun. Well, there is also the fact that the ponies are terribly adorable as well. The-Necromancer has a soft spot for adorable...
