The only real problem with this is that Corin's wearing his POST Maverick days armor in the picture. Just um...take the crosses off and slap on a headpiece and you have his Maverick armor. I didn't actually intend to do the mock file at first, it just happened, and I liked it, so nya.

Canonical Breakdown (as in, removing all other fancharacters except Murray and obviously Corin, this never really happened, that's not what I mean ._.)
After blowing up a few hundred thousand people, Corin was finally brought down by Axl, who was able to serially shapeshift quickly enough that the Maverick couldn't draw a bead on his reactor to blow him up. Then Axl just shot him. A lot. XD

Corin was repaired and set for trial, but he was saved by Father Justin Murray, who had seen the good side of Corin and didn't want to see him destroyed. After much arguing, bribing, and threatening, Father Murray won out, and Corin was fitted with a killswitch collar. (shown in the picture.) The collar will shut down Corin's reactor and erase all neural files should he return to his old ways. Signas, a few key law enforcement officials, and Father Murray himself hold 'keys' that will activate the collar in such a case. These keys also have a switch to allow Corin free rein, in the case that his unique abilities may actually be needed.

Corin is now the faithful bodyguard and close friend of Father Murray, who needs all the protection he can get, as the Father is a very active Reploid Rights advocate and therefore has many enemies.

These are the basics of Corin's tale, though it changes in details depending on who I'm RPing him with. I've also converted him into a non-Reploid when I felt like playing him in other storylines, so he's also been a reformed demon of some sort. A unicorn-shaped demon, he he!

Oh right, why is Corin a unicorn? I wanted a Reploid that hadn't been done a thousand times before, and also, the Unicorn is used on a few European heralds, past and present. I figured since he was European in nature, his creators should have constructed something that was somewhat symbolic in nature. Or something.

Maybe I just wanted to. X3

He has low stealth because of his hooves, and because he's frickin' huge.

Without the armor, his defense is also low. Corin was not BUILT for combat, and lacks the internal reinforcement and stronger infrastructure materials that a Reploid manufactured for fighting might have. So basically, if you can manage to get close enough to wail on him, he's done for. He's just really good at not lettin' ya get that close. ^_^
