Kazeko the Tengu.
The hems of her clothes are always in bad shape because she uses pretty violent wind magic. After a while, she just stopped caring about the rips and holes. Besides, constantly replacing clothes is expensive!
Even having used references I'm not entirely happy with it. But I can't keep drawing things and not submitting them or I will never post again.

Kinda reminds me of Cimmeran. But with a Kagura from Inuyasha twist.

The visual similarity to Cim is why I changed her skin to classic Tengu red, actually, so they'd be different. I hope they're more distinct from one another now! c:
