Dante wins via defeating Vergil who summoned a thunderstorm and created a massive explosion

Summoning a thunderstorm says nothing on Physical Capabilities, and only speaks for range when summoning. However, that was most likely a cinematic affect then anything. Also DmC Dante doesn't scale to Vergil towards the end of Vergil's Downfall as this happens after the end of main game, and he was getting stronger in his own way. Also the explosion was caused from to the result of him and Hollow Vergil merging. He can survive being in the explosion, but he can't create explosion.
