I really love how you bring together chaotic marks and reign them into coherent shapes and forms, it's like a photomosaic puzzle or a "magic-eye" picture. The mark-making is just unbelievable, it's like a follow-on style from pointilism and so fresh; it always looks so vibrant and active, like you never sit still for a single moment while you're creating

I think of them like dream-lines of potential reality, strands of space-time or organic possibility that come together in tandum after layers, and layers, and layers. I draw like the universe creates, I do not limit my strokes to the immediate purpose of the form I wish to create; rather, I allow my form to take on its own, as a unique event from its constituent strands.

The way you've built up texture in this is brilliant, as is the complexity despite the fairly limited colour palette. Somehoe I get both a feeling of power and powerlessness from this, like the figure is powerful yet trapped in the lines of the image...
