A merging of the Galactic Empire and the Earth Kingdom, a Merging of the Rebellion and Fire Nation, there's really no rhyme nor reason to this crossover other than I liked the image of it, but I knew that Korra and Asami were covert spy's for each other's side who meet in the middle and go from being double agents to something more, deciding which side is the most righteous.Related content

Korra is just more of a free spirit, and being the prim and proper industrialists daughter Asami would definently fit the role of tie piolt.

I saw a pic of Asami as a rebel pilot and was inspired.Β
Since both these pilots are supposed to be double agents for the opposing side i think it still works
