I still wonder what her semblance is, though...
Mainly because I´m working on this theory linking people´s eye colors to their semblances, like how people wit red eyes seem to have very powerful semblances (Yang, Raven, Qrow, Emerald, just to name a few).
However, since we know so few people´s semblances, it´s rather difficult for me to come up with anything, even a way of categorizing the different semblances.
But I´ve got a backup theory: Faunus semblances are, in most cases, linked to their faunus heritage.
Also, I talk about this so much, I don´t even try to keep track on who I tell this, because it´d be pretty impossible.
As for Neon, well, I think it has something to do with maintaining momentum or something.
Or maybe she can detect the spots that hinder her movement, thus allowing her to maneuver any terrain without much trouble. It´d also explain why she almost face-planted in her fight with Yang, since Yang changed the ground immediately in front of her, so she couldn´t turn around and such.
Anyway, one last thing: In my RWBY fanfiction, RWBY Re-Writes, I actually planned to have Neon and Flynt fight a bunch of Grimm alongside Weiss near the end of Part 2, but I kinda forgot to put that part in there.
