Table of the Harbingers, the Triexellion, leaders of the merged worlds...trying to keep a balance and hopefully restore order to the merged universes before all floods into chaos.They are L (from Death Note), Bruce Wayne (Batman Beyond) from Futuristic Gotham, Elsa (from an alternate reality of Frozen), and Ludger Kresnik, (Tales of Xillia 2).
Together they hold a key to all the worlds leaking, why they leaked to begin with, and how to predict when another one will...and perhaps, how to rectify the calamity.
It was on this basis they analyzed and constructed several elite teams to deal with the situation, no too many from one world to deal with the problem.

And more, are all teams sanctioned to go out and rectify the time lines, world lines, and "fractured dimensions" leading to the joining of super villains with hopes of abusing the world lines for their own evil ends.
Also at the table helping to see to security is Ben Riley(the Scarlet Spider, clone of Spiderman), Mikasa Ackerman (from Shingeki-No-Kyojin), Stitch (agent 626), and Celty Sturlson the headless rider(from Durarara).

Tales of Xillia 2, AOT, Lillo and Stitch, Batmand Beyond, and Death Note...Dude, we like so much of the same stuff, it's almost scary. Awesome work, love the entire series.
By the way, are Jude, Mila, and/or any of the other TOX 2 characters going to make an appearance? And what about Erin, surely Mikasa wouldn't leave him behind?

As you can see by her garb, it's a very steam punk/advanced version of the Attack on Titan world, and in that one Eren sacrificed himself and saved the city...the titan threat still exists but the ape Titan is destroyed...Mikasa is honoring his memory by stopping those who made it out with Eren's Titan dna.
If you remember from the actual show, she was going to let herself get eaten, and then remembered Eren would hate her for that, and was going to fight, with a broken sword no less.

Now Mikasa was thinking of beheading Stitch to take care of the problem altogether, as that was her mission...but she saw how Lilo hugged him, and realized how she would've reacted if someone decided Eren should be executed for everyone sake, she would've argued finding another way. So she nor Levi make a move against him, but know that they may have to to prevent him from falling into the wrong hands, or hurting the team
