For those who are caught up, this based on the theory of what has happened to Amber and Pyrrha's Soul post death, given that both were given the maiden power (or in Pyrrha's case, 1/4 of it) before their deaths.Think about it, Pyrrha's the only person to have died the way she did. Amber was shot, and just died, she didn't dissipate, Pyrrha is the only recorded death on the show where we've seen her light up with the same colour of energy/aura as the maiden power she was radiated with and the only one subjected to mad science to be infused with said power, with unpredictable results...
We know that her voice is in Ruby's dreams, but also cut away from Cinder when we've heard her voice, and now Cinder is acting as if she's horrified at the brutality of her own team mates...
We know that Ozpin's soul has merged or shared space with Oscar....so if we believe what he and Qrow said about the new host becoming, or becoming more like the previous maiden..........

She had her power when she was shot. She didn't dissolve, she just croaked.

That's not as abnormal as what happened to Pyrrha by a long shot. It was pretty standard.
They used arcane sorcery to siphon her power, and it nearly killed her, so they kept her stable in her comatose state.
Cinder shot her, she died, the power left her, end of story.
Nothing weird.

You came to an objectively wrong conclusion (do all Maidens dissolve when Amber's body is still very much present), yes still argue your claim. I'd hardly call that resolved. It's one thing to say that your opinion is valid, but when someone can definitively disprove it, then it stops being valid.

yes none of them could've possibly had situations like pyrrha but i (erronesly) thought that we have no way of knowing that.
Eventually omni pointed out pyrrha's unique situation that tied into ambers and i conceded to the point

I doubt it, seeing as how Amber is the first REAL, ACTUAL, Orthodox maiden we've met, and died like a normal pleb, and PYRRHA was subjected to mad science as her procedure ...and then slain by another maiden, who ALSO obtained her powers abnormally through grimm siphon.

Jaune checks to see if she's dead, she moves and wakes up, eyes green and a familiar voice

Yeah, finding that out REAL good. Let's just say that my time in the RWBY fandom has effectively put me off of joining ANY fan community. All fandoms have their toxic components, but dear freaking god, the amount of hate I got for holding the opinion that Pyrrha was going to be back in some fashion, even after pointing out valid reasons why I thought that.....Even one of their ADMINS on the RT boards tried deceptive means to demoralize that crowd.

To be fair, Cinder's too much of a monster to actually be redeemable as a person. She jumped over that Moral Event Horizon a long time ago, and did it with a smile on her face. Now, Cinder ultimately being bodyjacked by Pyrrha, I'd absolutely be on board for. It'd be strangely karmic, too: one who gained power by stealing it from others is undone by one of her former victims stealing her very body from her.
