For those who are caught up, this based on the theory of what has happened to Amber and Pyrrha's Soul post death, given that both were given the maiden power (or in Pyrrha's case, 1/4 of it) before their deaths.
Think about it, Pyrrha's the only person to have died the way she did. Amber was shot, and just died, she didn't dissipate, Pyrrha is the only recorded death on the show where we've seen her light up with the same colour of energy/aura as the maiden power she was radiated with and the only one subjected to mad science to be infused with said power, with unpredictable results...
We know that her voice is in Ruby's dreams, but also cut away from Cinder when we've heard her voice, and now Cinder is acting as if she's horrified at the brutality of her own team mates...
We know that Ozpin's soul has merged or shared space with Oscar....so if we believe what he and Qrow said about the new host becoming, or becoming more like the previous maiden..........

Pyrrha's a voice in Cinder's subconscious at first like a split personality, over time it becomes a fusion where they find themselves sharing the same convictions, angers, sorrows, and motivations, and because Pyrrha's heart is stronger, by the end of it, she is the more dominant of personality of the essential almost new soul that comes about.

The show itself hints at as Salem told Cinder to ignore her, hinting Pyrrha is fighting for control. Or at least Cinder is experiencing her morales or values.
I made my own comment about it on this post making a slight joke on if it's true. Also thinking about asking to Omni if I can do a sequel to this.

"Make IT fear you". That line? I can see it, as Salem definitely strikes me as the type to dehumanize someone by referring to an individual as "it". Of course, she could be referring to the Scarab that is most certainly still inside her.
That being said, this would only be satisfying to me if Pyrrha completely body-jacked Cinder, not merely imposing Pyrrha's conscience onto Cinder (essentially poisoning Cinder). Cinder's the type of character that really can't be redeemed, not after what she did, and if such a thing were to happen and Cinder were to try to genuinely turn Face, the main cast would likely only bother hearing her out because they'd know part of Pyrrha was there. They wouldn't care about the Cinder part.

Cinder isn't a character your suppose to "actually like" she meant to be hated. Like the Peacewalker in MGS the consciousness of the Boss being inside of it causing it be destroy itself.
Or another example in the same series is at the time of MGS2 is when Liquid was possessing Ocelot's body, forcing him to to betray the patriots. Of course we learn in MGS4 he was only pretending felt more like having a twist for the sake of having one.

Oh, I know that. But just as some of the people I've had to have this conversation with. There ARE people out there that think that Cinder's genuinely redeemable, citing the shocked expression on her face at Tyrian's meltdown as a sign that she's regretting what's she got herself into, or some shit like that.

The only question it seems is if Pyrrha rejoins the cast but uses Cinder's body. Or if she forced Cinder to betray Salem and die because of it.
