Blood hit the ground, spit there by Hitgirl as she wiped her glove along her mouth.

The clack, clack of Neo's stiletto designer boots echoed along the stone floor of the dark room...only lit by the dim light reflecting off the maze of mirrors. Neo's smile danced from one mirror to the other as she passed them by. Her face was bleeding from a slit across it but it didn't falter her smug, poised smirk.

She swept bits of broken glass to the side to make way for her without breaking stride. What was with her? Was she immune to losing her balance or footing? No she wasn't invincible...the hits she'd landed on her proved that...she was just every bit as stuborn and balls to the wall as her, and potentially just as if not more blood thirsty. Just her luck.

Hitgirl raised her two blades and twirled one behind her back in a bushido stance, just like her father had taught her. She ground the broken glass beneath her own boots, and regripped her blade hilts, breathing out slow through her mouth and breathing in with her nose.

She was empty of rounds, and so was this Neo...as far as she knew....either way she had defaulted to the sword in her umbrella rather than firing anything out of it.

Neo took a heels together ballerina starting stance before bowing to her, sword out, and umbrella cane portion behind her back....keeping her eyes on Hitgirl....not letting the pain she may be feeling ruin her smile..... "Never let them see them get to you..." Roman had told her. The bullet holes in the shattered mirrors around them were proof enough that this girl wasn't like her usual opponents who had semblances and aura's to buff them...this one didn't need flair, just her blade to her throat.

Hitgirl stilled her mind, focusing on the moves, improvised or no, she'd have to pull off for this to work...her friends needed her, her band, needed her.....one thing for certain, only one of them was leaving this room in one piece.

HELLO AGAIN my fellow fans!

Sorry, 1,000 upon 1,000 times for my absence.

Life has set in and made things, well, like life. But i have returned to the drawing board and am putting out some more UB content to continue where we all last left off.

I thank those of you who've taken it upon themselves to be this patient SO much, you mean the world and I don't deserve ya.

*For those who don't know what this series is*

I made a series of crossovers in a dream team in which favorite characters of mine joined forces to prevent various worlds from taking advantages of other worlds weaknesses or vulnerablities. The characters involved are Rorschach, Hit-Girl, Red Hood, Deadpool, Stitch, Ghost Rider, X-23, and their group leader and mission control specialist, L from Death Note who assigns them missions so that they can hopefully restore balance.
