Now Team Frost Bite, spear headed by Jack Frost and Queen Elsa (from a more dapper dimension), Mr. Freeze, Luna Lovegood on leave from duty with L, Mikasa Ackerman, Kid Loki, Riku the Dark, Annie Leonhardt on an "enemy of my enemy" basis, and Celty Sturluson the headless Dullahan.
The group more or less is governed by L(from Death Note) still, and receives orders via Ludger Kresnik(Tales of Xillia 2), L's ace in the hole he says holds a key to everything.
For those wondering how in the hell Mikasa and Annie are stomaching each other...the answer is going to be revealed in time.

Eh, Batman doesn't frighten him, he's the one thing Freeze knows is a sure fire inhibitor to keep him from accomplishing his plans, so he's a reoccurring annoyance.
Otherwise batman is actually one of the few people who understands that he's doing this because of Nora reasons

I will say that the movie is good at show casing the fact that the only thing that makes Freeze evil in the strictest sense is how little he cares about what it would take to cure his wife when he finds out she's alive.
He actually was living a really reformed life, and even adopted an orphaned boy he found in Alaska and raised him, and it wasn't until some explorers tore through his home with their submarine and completely destroyed his wifes medical tank that he took up the life of crime again
