I think Azzax is becoming somewhat of an urban legend among people, especially Turians around Citadel space, Not many have actually met her in person let alone seen her in action against these mighty foes, yet like a natural storm many see the wake of the destruction of them she leaves behind... And rumors are passed around. Ironically the Reapers made her what she is, an embodiment of absolute chaos and disorder of which they seek to rectify but proves to be overwhelming and ultimately lead to their destruction.
