Tali has hacked my heart. Ever since I saw the love scene I pictured just this very intimate moment of just holding each other quietly. Very touching, BioWare WIN!

damn right, although I had a crush on many other female video game characters, Tali is the one that lasted much longer and it's as strong as the first time I've began to have that crush, so in short she's in the first place of all my crushes.

Indeed.. all my romances on my MShep were just for the sake of seeign everything in the gme. When it came time for ME2 I played the game one more time and avoided romance just for sweet lil Tali'Zo, and this scene was just.. well, as our dear Quarian cutie would say... "Totally Worth It."

i've said this on multiple forums and DevArt pieces, Tali has been, is, and always will be the ONLY Mass Effect character i actually fell in love with. every other romance option (Ashley, Liara, Jack, Samara, and Miranda) i only really saw as someone Shepard would sleep with. Tali Zorah i actually liked, which made the romance arc that much more emotional.
not to mention the hours i would spend talking to Tali in Mass 1...ahh good times

It really is the most well done romance in Mass Effect 2. In fact the game plays it towards a more wide-scale love story than Jack or Miranda.

All of the dialogue and actions really builds up throughout the game, even before you initiate the romance conversations. It makes the romance seem more natural.

I actually avoided all LIs in ME so I wouldn't have Tali thinking I was still attracted to either Ash or Liara. Just her.

Thats why I hope when the inevitable confrontation comes between Tali and Ash in ME3(For me anyway, since I romanced Ash in the first) I hope the option to say something about Horizon comes up. "You didn't trust me at all, if you really loved me you'd understand. She did, you didn't...goodbye Ash."
