Description
"Shapechanger. Nightstalker. That first night had held both terror and joy.
Terror at the change, but it could not erase the joy of the loping run under the night skies, the wind in his fur, the darkness filled with a hundred scents and odors.
But in the morning, he knew another face of fear - that he would be discovered, that he was evil, that he would be slain.
How could it be otherwise?
Too much the wolf to live among men.
Too much the man to live among wolves."

I've looked at all three of your pieces and honestly technique wise there's nothing I can help you with, you're an amazing manipulator...
I like this piece it's very good, everything I would've suggested you've already done so good job.

This is great stuff! The detail, like the hairy body, is great...
Very lifelike!
The only thing I will say is that the left foot looks a bid odd.
Other than that, amazing job!

I am not the fan of dark art but the artistic finish of your work is very well done!

The extremities, the head and feet, looked too small for the body when I first clicked the link. But I keep looking between fullview, small view and the stock figure and not knowing if that's really how I feel. I think the feet just don't look strong enough to support the rest of the body--but even then the title suggests they're not necessarily complete.
I don't know much concerning photomanipulation, so er... I'm no help. I think the image itself is very convincing. I like the fur effect and the lighting.

I like the color and the mood.. It fits the excerpt you quoted, and his this "werewolf" was trying to hide, kind of ashamed of what he is, but still he is in the light, you can't really run from what you are...
Excellent manip I must say!

This is without a doubt one of the best photo manips I have ever seen. I usually don't pay attention to the category because it is typically lifeless and dry. But this is dramatic and conveys feeling, excellent work indeed.
The only real gripe I have is in regards to the tail, it feels a bit more like rodent than canine. I would have loved to have see na long bushy tail extending off the frame.

Thank you!
The idea is actually that the transformation is still in progress, so that the hair all over his body is already more than human, but still less than wolf.
His tail does have a slight coat of fur (I know it's probably not very visible in this reduced size) about equal to that of a a short-haired dog.
