THE -true- STORY
Here's what happens in this drawing. CyberCupcake and I had a survival Minecraft world. I tend to... enrichen...the house/base with redstone or command related stuff. Two "house guardian" statues in this case. Why not. Anyway, she was outside doing stuff and I was messing around with commands in the house when I F'ed up and teleported the two guardian statues (made with armor stands) to the exact same spot. As I sat there, trying to find a way to seperate them and going through some commands (with none of them helping the situation) I decided to use the teleport command with the execute command. I needed to specify the armor stands in the command and the "@ e[type=ArmorStand]"does that. The "@ e" selects the entities and the "type=ArmorStand" selects the entities that are armor stands. But, unsurprisingly i made a mistake; I mistyped "ArmorStand" as "ArmorStadn" which made the game completely disregard the "[type=]" part of the command and only go with the "@ e". That means the teleport command worked on ALL entities on the world; all minecarts/everything that moves and the worst, ALL MOBS IN THE WORLD. Everything from Creepers to Squids to Minecarts with Chests to our own pets got teleported to that exact spot. You can imagine how they would pile up in a multicolour column and then suddenly expand, spreading all over the house. At least I knew it was a mistake in my command that did this, CyberCupcake was casually strolling outside when she got randomly teleported into a housefull of everything...
All in all, it was horrifying. She immediately logged out to avoid death from all the hostile mobs in the world in one house while I ran for the door, somehow without setting any creepers off. This frenzy ended with me kiling them all one by one using commands. My commands started this, I must end it with them
