It all started because I've been eating a lot of PB & J sandwiches. Not because I'm poor or on a diet or anything, but I happen to like them!
So while I was watching Shippuuden, I thought, "Hmm, I wonder if Gaara likes peanut butter and jelly. I bet that was the extent of fatherly love he got as a kid." Yes, most of my comics come from such random thoughts! There's absolutely no mystery to the process at all! 
So, because I can't do the Sand Sibs in my "Konoha Dads Are Bad" series, I figured I could show their crap-a-kage father in a Sand Sibs episode . . . and meanwhile, enjoy a little bit of Kankurou abuse!
But this one kind of ended happily! Just keep telling yourself it's crunchy peanut butter, kitty boy . . .All digital in PS Elements

I feel so bad for Kankurou here, but child Gaara is just to cute to feel bad for long. Poor guy. But all the same, the father was going to give it to Gaara. Although its entertaining to think that "no sandbox" would be a punishment for Gaara, seeing as later on the world is his sandbox, as well as his body (face).

LOL, I love this mini-series! Gaara's both kawaii AND kowai...are you going to make a fourth one? If you do, what's it going to be called, something like..."The Sand Sibs Are Specialer-est"? Or something like that? I really love your art, please do make another pic like this!
