Its no secret that I love Dick Grayson but I am not a fan of the Nghtwing persona. What I loved that Marv Wolfman did with Dick in Teen Titans was he had him be this master of disguise. And I thought that would be perfect if Dick became like this super spy. So like Batman before him Dick goes all around the world and learns from the best only he goes to the superhero community to learn. And soo gathering different tech from others and going with the joke that he was a human target as Robin all those years Dick becomes The Human Target! So I wanted to keep him within the same color palette he had as Robin but update it with some gadgets. He still has his Escrima sticks, and shoes that can stick to walls, gloves that give an electrical shock and the Questions mask that allows him to change his appearance as he sees fit.Related content

Interesting take. I like it but I don't think it's really how Dick would be.
So, now that he may or may not be Batman, what's your take on that?

I think Dick should never be Batman and DC will never stop fuxing up their continuity. Just doesnt seem likely at all.

I love it! something just feels off. I guess cause of the baggy pants. I hate those in superheroes lol. but I love the color and the idea of him using tricks from different Heroes.

don't get me wrong. Dick is a good choice. the baggy pants is all that is bothering me with it but if you just put him in skintight suit it would just look silly. I'd love to draw this sometime if you wouldn't mind

I gotcha, the baggy is what everyone complains about besides the lack of face since he has the full face mask. Wont mind at all as long as you give me a little credit

Not sure about this one, what I've always liked about Dick Grayson is that no matter what identity he's using; Dick, Robin, Nightwing, he's basically the same person underneath. Bruce is at least two people; Playboy at one extreme. grim vigilante at the other, but as Batman has noted, Dick Grayson is Nightwing is Dick Grayson.
Dick is a master of disguise yes, but it's only skin deep I'd say, he's never really maintained a difference between his personae. He could perhaps, but it's not what I see him doing on a regular basis.

Good points but I think thats why the question mask works because he would never loose himself in whatever role he has to take on.

Awesome concept! I too remember the classic Wolfman/Perez Titans and how they evoled the Dick Grayson character to where he is today. If it wasn't for those 2 artists, he'd still be Robin. Great job!
