Cub (First 9 months)

Alucard and his siblings were born under the ownership of a wealthy feline breeder named Marcus Cassius. Alu's parents were large tigers, his father being a huge siberian tiger named Jack, and his mother a beautiful red bengal named Rama. Jack was never a part of his children's lives, and left as soon as he had done his siring duty. Alu was separated from his mother at a few months of age, and so has retained little to no memory of his parents or siblings. The most he remembers is his mother's very red fur.

Normally, Alu would have been kept due to his little fangs that seemed abnormal and would prove as a good selling point. However, Alu was also a runt, and no one wanted runts no matter how they looked. Or so Marcus Cassius thought. Marcus Cassius also owned a year old bobcat named Viator. Perhaps the bobcat was jealous of Alucard's good looks and cute little fangs that always won the females' attention, but Viator always loved to taunt and torment the younger and smaller tiger cub. As a result, Alu had growing resentment towards Viator. When Marcus Cassius had caught the two fighting in a clash that left Viator's ear torn, he decided it was time to get rid of the scrappy tiger cub.

Alucard was about 6 months old when his master took him to the city's borders, with Viator padding close behind. Marcus Cassius declared that Alucard was as good as dead, and threw the cub off a pier and into the ocean. Marcus Cassius turned and left, no longer caring about the trash he had thrown away. Viator made his way to the edge of the dock and looked down at the drowning cub with contempt. The bobcat spat on the cub and then followed his master home. Meanwhile, Alucard was thrashing in the water madly, trying to swim for the first time in his short life. He cried out but his mewls were cut short by water that flooded his lungs. He went under and was just about to lose consciousness when suddenly he felt himself being wrapped up in something and drug from the water. A short while later he came to, coughing up sea water and gasping for breath. He looked up deliriously and gazed upon the face of his savior; a young blonde haired man with caring blue eyes.

The man's name was Julius Cassius, and Alu didn't know it until years later, but he was son of Marcus Cassius, his former owner. The father and son no longer got along after some sort of falling out, and Marcus decided the cub his father sentenced to death should be given a chance. Julius believed in him. So, Julius raised Alucard as his own, and Alu became very close to his human, even thinking of the man as his father, of sorts. When the cub had fully recovered from his ordeal and was back to his bouncy cub self, Julius payed to have Alu inducted into the Bounty Hunters. Or more specifically, a new BH pre-training regime, which was cheaper and more suitable for his age. This was a test-trial of sorts for young cubs who had potential to be future Bounty Hunters but were too young to yet become apprentices. Being as he was a runt though, he remained living at home with his master, where Julius and his house keeper could keep a close watch over him.

When Alucard came of age, he began actually training with the Bounty Hunters and his master. He made some friends, namely a snarky cheetah named Lucius and became especially close to a tigress named Shadow. They became best friends and often snuck out of the city to have adventures.

One night, Shadow asked Alu to meet at their usual meeting place outside the city. That day Alu had done a fine job training with his human and Julius rewarded Alu with his first bits of armor. Alucard was excited to show Shadow and thus was willing to meet her, even though Alu was worried that they might get caught because of guards being very watchful that time of night. He called out for Shadow, but only the guards heard him. Lo and behold, Alucard was caught and thus, never arrived to the waiting Shadow. The humans, thinking he was attempting to betray the Bounty Hunters by finding a mate outside the city, threw Alu into hardcore "HURT" training. He was about a year old at this time.

Teen (1 - 2 years)

He stayed in this deadly training for the duration of a year, fighting coliseum cats and learning discipline and warfare. He became an arena favorite, known for his bright glowing pelt, for which he earned his colliseum nickname, "The Sun Viper". He was also constantly drilled on the descriptions of wanted felines until they were engraved in his mind. Because of that, he was able to recognize a snow leopard he met in the arena. Named Andromeda, she was the silver gladiator of one of the empires he was being taught to hunt. She was wanted by the Bounty Hunters for more than a few reasons, and so Alucard reported her presence in the coliseum to another hunter apprentice (Cerberus), who then reported it to other hunters. The hunters took Andromeda into custody and put her alone in a Captured prison, separate from other captured felines. Cerberus promised Alucard he would fight Andromeda and take revenge on her having beaten Alucard in the coliseum. However, Cerberus was killed by Andromeda, and the snow leopard escaped. Because of Cerberus having claiming to have spotted Andromeda first, no one else believed that Alucard was the one to first recognize her and bring her presence to attention.

A few days to a week after that incident, Alucard was released from training and went back to the Bounty Hunters, where he learned of Cerberus' state, and that the lion had taken credit for noticing Andromeda, and thus didn't feel too bad about his death. He also learned that his friendly rival, Lucius, had disappeared.

Upon his return, Alucard noticed a new tiger with Shadow, and after questioning her about him, discovered that he was Shen, a hunter she had loved, but had gone away and returned while Alu was away. Shadow explained that she is conflicted because she loves both Shen and Alucard. Alucard is angry and heartbroken about it, but seeing how much harder the situation seemed to be for Shadow, assured her that whatever her choice, he would always be there for her.

Soon after that, the Bounty Hunter leader, Scaeden, was sent to Rome, thus making Thanatos the new Bounty Hunter leader. And to everyone's surprise, Thanatos selected newly promoted hunter Shadow to be his Silver Hunter. Since Shadow's newest promotion, Alucard has had little time to speak or spend time with her, much to his disappointment.

However, Alucard has had the chance to confront Shen regarding Shadow, and found a very protective savage of a tiger to be her other muse.

FIRST EMPIRE CAPTURE
On the same night that Alukard confronted Shen, Lightning Empire launched an insane counter-raid on Massilia, in an attempt to free some of their captured comrades. Although they succeeded in freeing some, the Hunters that responded that night were able to catch a few of the rescuers. Alukard, being one of these such hunters, teamed up with Thanatos himself. Together they were able to corner Lightning Empire's silver gladiator, Dehlia. The Hunter leader guarded the only available exit for the caracal and allowed Alukard to do the actual capturing. After his performance that night, Thanatos decided it was time he was given the title of full Hunter.

FIRST HUNT
Now that Alukard, Shadow, Furie, and Juno were all full fledged hunters after the Lightning counter raid, it was time that they were taken out on their first real raid. Led by Thanatos, the four newly promoted hunters devised a plan amongst themselves to ambush an Ice Empire border patrol. The plan consisted of Shadow pretending to be a beaten up and weary newly escaped cat. The others-including Alukard, although he hesitated- had dirtied and slightly bloodied Shadow's pelt to make her fit the part. Alukard, since he already had the Hunter crest on his armor, would pretend to be the hunter who had chased her.

With any luck, the patrol they stumbled into would side with Shadow and chase Alukard away. In the plan, Alukard would run, leading his pursuers into a trap. Once one of the pursuers were caught, the newly promoted hunters planed to use that cat as leverage on the rest of the patrol, who would be surrounded by then. Not only to make them panic, but also in hopes of making them more submissive so they didn't lose one of their own.
