Description
Partially inspired by something I saw on pixiv/danbooru, partially inspired by the fuel of my nightmares from age 12.In short, it's combination of Gray Fox, the Cyborg Ninja, and a Resident Evil Licker.
I imagine it would be a powerful mid-game Boss-truned-enemy.
