You all remember my Hypnavatars, right? Like Mod 1 ? That devilish thing...Well, here's another one! I actually discovered this pattern while testing out different formulae in NuCalc when I discovered this. I quickly (read: in a few hours) wrote a program that graphs that specific formula, but animated and outputing with special coloring and to file. I then batch-prepared them in Photoshop (read: used a second-gen iPod to hold down the enter key) and animated them in ImageReady. The effect is a lot more stunning than I'd realized.
