Here is October the Second...

On cold moonless nights, you can find this little fellow walking along the edges of a roiling ocean, beach combing, always on the look out for a new shell to add to its collection...its tiny lights an eerie blue beacon for lost sailors.

This ghost never poses much of a threat, but beware...should you somehow manage the unlikely feat of upsetting it, you will be trapped quite securely in the cage upon its back....a bad fate; for it returns to its ocean home come morning.
