Can you make a larger version of this? seeing robot join movement on display is something that fascinates me, and most either don't look like they could be able to have the range of motion that they exhibit or don't bother to try to look it.

aw that's cool, i want it as my pet/body guard. i would give it the voice of dante from devil may cry 4 with a darth vader effect.

Very nice model and animation. Making the model is the easy part, its always the animation that gets me. I like how you've rendered such a smooth gait, kudos to you.

yes, i have, but i do not know of a program. what do you use?

I use Maya. If you can't afford it and you don't want to use a crack, there are lots of other 3d programs. For example, Google offers a free 3D modeling program called Google Sketchup.
You can also get a trial version of Mudbox for 30 days. That's an excellent tesellation modeler, good for organic shapes like monsters and people.

wwo this is really good. you gave the robot weight and inertia in it's walking . the most important thing in animating characters in my pov.
the design itself looks pretty cool too. how long did this take to complete both design and animation.

The robot design didn't take long; I just crammed shapes together until I got something I liked. Actually robots and machines are easy compared to organic characters...this took maybe a day.
