Ohh! You draw all the different frames on different layers, then o save for web... > put a check on the animate option and you can change the time for each frame to be showing. ^ ^

Oh! I drew it all in photoshop~ it's so hard to draw in that program! eep!
BUTBUT~ you could do the same steps in SAI and copy and paste your finished layers into PS to string the animation together.

I used photoshop elements 6 ^ w ^
but probably any version of photoshop works! C:
