I rather like the ongoing theory of it becoming a flamingo/plague doctor type, possibly Fairy/Poison (though Fairy/Flying is very much acceptable)

The Plague Doctor theory seems fitting given that it's the //Perfume Pokemon// and Plague Docs used to keep that in their masks to apparently ward off the plague or something.
