Alright, well here it is..
Part 1 of Tutorial 2: Post-Processing

Part 1 Contains:
    Resizing & Croping
    Noise Removal
    Coloring

Tools Needed
    Photoshop 7 & up or PaintShop Pro
    A photo
    Some time to edit the photo

The second part is still being made. I hope everyone will enjoy this one, and i hope it helps!
Once again, this is kind of a bigginer walk through, just like the previous tutorial, nothing crazy or hard!

Fade Correction is in PaintShop Pro X as far as i know

Yeah... i don't think any photoshops have it sorry for not specifying that
