👍: 0 ⏩: 1

onixa In reply to teagandisco [2009-05-08 21:11:38 +0000 UTC]

any SLR cameras are good, the lens is what matters.
Just search macro lenses on the internet and youll find them

SO THIS IS HOW YOU DO IT.
I NEED A PIPETTE NOW ;D
...and macro lens.

👍: 0 ⏩: 1

onixa In reply to ze-turnip-queen [2009-05-08 21:12:43 +0000 UTC]

haha you can also use a spray bottle or a needle *with a whole in the middle* or just take photos after a little rain, it always works out
Just make sure you have plenty of light!

thank you soo much. I have always wanted to take macro photographs.. only thing is i dont have a macro lens. Mine is a D60 with its standard lense.
thank u so much again.

👍: 0 ⏩: 1

onixa In reply to tejman [2009-05-08 21:14:20 +0000 UTC]

no problem dear!

You can perhaps.. buy extention tubes, or you can actually just do the "inverted" techinique. There is a tutorial for that here too. It's basicaly when you turn your lens around, and it becomes pretty much a macro lens

Ex tubes are alway good too

thank you. i did try the one with turning the lens around. it doesnt work. it doesnt work with the NIKON D60.
thank u
