Cute! And btw; for some reason, Toroko has always reminded me of Asriel.
Not just because their appearances and the flowers, but other things too. They both died. They both were taken over by some sort of evil. Toroko ate the flowers, and went all crazy. Asriel followed Chara's evil influence. And once Asriel became Flowey, all his good was gone. The flowercubs also look somewhat like Flowey. They were both sweet little children before they died.

I believe, it's not stated in the game that Balrog did not want to hurt anyone, or is it?
To me, he was seemed genuinely enjoying what he's doing at the time. You know, just like a kid enjoying doing cruel experiments on little animals. I think Balrog may just have different moral concept, or something. The Demon Crown was but a kick-starter.

I don't think of him as a sadist. I think he genuinely wanted to do good things, but it was his job to be the big evil guy who smashes through walls.

He still smashes through walls even as a good guy. (and even saves the day) lol
Anyway, I am not saying he's bad or anything. To me, at the beginning he looks like just a child with great power, his behavior was childish, irresponsible, has no concern about others. He got his character development later on though. Just my opinion.
