General Info:
Clan: Kaustikov
Age: 420 (roughly equivalent to 23)
Height: 14ft/5'11"
Length: 50ft
Wingspan: 120ft/15ft
Breath Weapon: Plasma

As a part of the Kaustikov clan, Tobias is often found wandering over the reaches of Sanctuary. Raised by his mother Zyra for the first half of his life he was taught combat so that he could defend himself and others if needed. When he was old enough he was sent to his father Zayne, who lived in a city that housed a starport. While Tobias loved seeing and meeting so many different species and peoples from all across the galaxy he really couldn't stand his father. So he pretty much just kind of slipped out one night and hasn't been back since. While he was in the city he met a H'uqa named Skaizor and they're good friends now though Skaizor stays in the city.

Tobias is pretty laid back, but may be reserved when it comes to those he doesn't know very well and because of this he can be seen as off-putting. Once he's been around someone long enough though he's just fine.

His right arm is mechanical after he and his friend Vesta from the Romanov clan were ambushed by an Elehael when they were younger. She didn't survive and he kinda beats himself up over it. The arm has the ability to detect pressure and varying temperatures but he has a hard time doing any detailed work such as writing, so he's transitioned to being left handed.
