Description Zenobia was a 3rd-century Queen of the Palmyrene Empire in Roman Syria. She led a famous revolt against the Roman Empire. The second wife of King Septimius Odaenathus, Zenobia became queen of the Palmyrene Empire following Odaenathus' death in 267.

This was meant to be finished along with my other requests but my tablet broke. This is for my wonderfully amazing boyfriend, =Imperius-Rex he's awesome. You should go say hi. Do it.

HER BELT IS MADE OF M&M'S.

I based this drawing mostly off this painting. [link]

Zenobia has given me a idea. Mainly blending her within Assassin's Creed (she's not in the game...I checked, Cleopatra and others...and all of them are mainly poisoned by the Assassins).

Anyway, I noticed that in the Creed there aren't female Assassins (there are women but hardly any of them wear Assassin robes...) and it made me unhappy since women can kick butt and then I remember your picture of her and what she is queen of (connecting the Syrian Assassins).

So I made my own Creed that is woman only members and their robes are slightly different (instead of white with small bits of red and black, they're black with small bits of red and white...maybe more...haven't thought too deep yet).

But I imagined that the big one (The Order of the Obsidian) could been formed with Zenobia being their...inspiration?

I think it would be awsome (I love the colored scarf you gave her, it could also be good for them).

But girl power rules! And it needs to be recognized in some way.

That sounds seriously awesome. I'm sure Zenobia would be a powerful assassin. Yeah, the scarf/cape thing would probably be something she'd wear in addition to her assassin's uniform.~

I agree. Girl power for the win! :>

Haha, that's cool. I'm surprised there aren't many books about her. She kicked some serious butt.~ :>

Thanks! uvu

I assumed she basically does not exist in western literature or art. I always thought she was one of those arab stories hidden within the culture, even though she WAS indeed Roman.

Oo, I must look up more about her, another strong lady. I like strong woman from history, they are truly the heros since they can stand up for themselves, it's rare to find many.

There are not many books about her, but she is described as a very strong and successful leader. I agree. c:

That is the saddest thing. We learn "History" as they call it, but we never learn much. Only the 'main' part, everything else is left out, it's not fair.

I didn't know this woman existed until today, but she's just as worthy of mentioning as Cleopatra is, she is a worthy leader.

So much for history.

It is. Even in high school, they really only teach you the bare minimum, when there really is so much more to be taught.

I'm glad you think so. You should definitely read up about her. c:
