Description
EDIT: fixed saturation/brightness/color and some sloppiness on my part for the linesThe legendary sorceress/demigoddess from "The Odyssey" and queen of the isle of Aeaea (try saying that five times fast.) I like how everything turned out, except the hair... eh, still, it works for me
Drop me a line or two
Oh, and if you wonder about the sun embellishments, here's a little tidbit: Circe was daughter of Helios, the sun.

This is pretty!
I didn't know that she was Helios's daughter, which is interesting

Very... It boggles my mind that so many elements of Greek mythology intertwine in different stories.

I love the glitter you added on her make up and on the sleeves of her dress, really makes her more majestic and enchantress

She's lovely! I love the way the light and shadows work in this piece, and the flowiness of her hair. Awesome stuff, as always!

You did a great job on the shading and coloration. I loved the touch of the glittery eyeshadow. I'm not so sure how I feel about the linework on her cleavage; it seems unpolished. I really appreciated how she's not freakishly model-perfect skinny.

Thanks very much! I know what you mean about the lineart. I meant to fix it but I forgot *smacks head*. Lineart is most definitely not my forte.
I'm glad you like it I appreciate it. And I know--what's up with ideals of beauty today? Up until about fifty years or so ago beautiful women in art were healthy, curvy, and feminine. Now they're considered "fat" and girls want to look like orange scarecrows!
Okay, rant over...

Marilyn Monroe would, in the modern day, have tabloids following her around wondering whether she's pregnant.
