do the other lighter pictures not show up well? on my screen this one is pretty rough but i wonder why almost everyone prefers these black and white scans instead of the grayscale or color scans.
(even though most are pencil drawings i still do one scan as color just in case i want to digitally mess with them later. the other is greyscale, then at least one black and white scan)

I usually prefer the lighter grayscale because it doesnt take away detail, however sometimes the image seems dark and has little contrast so I can't see them very well. Might be why people prefer the black and white ones, they're brighter and easier on the eye. This one works well with high contrast I think.
