The MAC download doesn't work on my Iphone...
i’m using the Megaupload app, i click on the link, it takes me to the megaupload site, i click to download it through the app, i tell it to download, and nothing happens..

Is there a preferred program you would recommend to opening it up with? I applied it with RICOH THETA and it doesn't want to open with the software.

It's a zip file. Just extract the contents and run the exe. It should Self execute.
