This is a well thought out piece and thoroughly amusing.
The drawing style is simple and cartoony but accurate in both shape and expression, showing the character's interaction with the thought.
The thought its self is not only humorous but very realistic, interesting for viewers and thought provoking; also it is completely in-character for Deadpool.
The background is very random, however and not relatable to the piece, it seems rushed and not thought out - perhaps it would have been better as a plain colour or with a gradient like the speech bubble.
Overall well done, this is a brilliant piece.
