HISTORY
Harvard university student, Dashiell Dartwell had a job as assistant of bio-chemistry professor, Dr. Drew Moss. Dr. Moss developed a formula, a metabolism enhancer (the metabo-serum). Dash offered himself as guinea pig for testing the effects of the formula. He quickly gets not only to enter the athletic team of the university, but to become one of the best athletes in the country, winning an inter-college track meet against rival school Yale University, breaking four world records at the same time. The press dubbed him the Human Meteor, a name he later used when he decided to use his new abilities to fight criminals
