Gary Kennedy and his brother were shot down by criminals. He vowed to return from the dead to avenge his brother's death and he did, becoming the ghostly the Wraith.

POWERS AND WEAPONS

As a ghost, Gary can levitate and levitate objects or living beings, he can become visible and tangible (since his "natural" form is immaterial and invisible to most mortals), being able to re-materialize all or only part of himself. In his physical form he seems to be stronger than a normal person. Gary can also "posses" the bodies of mortals, forcing them to fulfill their will.
