In one spot you spelled "sketch" wrong, but I can't find that spot anymore. Oh well.

Anyhow, this is a helpful tutorial that basically condensed everything I've learned over the period of four years and made it much more understandable. I've always been worried about "cleanness" and having color-coordinated, neat lineart for everything. Maybe I should loosen up and try it your way. Maybe...one day...

I THINK I FOUND IT.

I tried the whole lineart thing when I started digital arts and HATED IT! I didn't know how to make it with the picture...Just looked out of place with the colors and blah blah pfft.

And you should try being more loose, see how you like it~

I'm really glad you liked /understood my tutorial :> ♥ Thanks >u<

I think I will try it, but I haven't had a lot of time to sit down and try to expand my artistic borders. But I will definitely think about how I can incorporate this into my next drawing!

P.S. I forgot to mention that I particularly like the 'fangirling' part of the tutorial, because the face the fangirl makes is the EXACT same face I make whenever my sweet little cat is being especially cute. X3

By the process you go through everything you produce should be, by logic, shit.

But somehow, it works. I've got no idea how, but you manage to retain a pleasant, almost organically messy cartoon style through all the color wonkery and effects.

Hooray for you, beating the system.

I can't tell if thats a compliment or a insult for some of it XD

So the whole process, isn't very logical but what do you mean with that exactly??
The way it goes from one thing to another is what you mean I think.

I can't, translate exactly what your saying, I feel kinda dumb not completely understanding it ha.
"organically messy cartoon style" what does that mean? ;o; the organically part of the sentence.

and the last line sounds like sarcasm kinda but I can't tell lol.

Thank you for the feedback, I'm glad that it works it it's werid twisted way lol thank you

No, I really like your style.

I mean, in a logical sense, the process you go through to create the picture should come out with horribly messy overcolored piece of crap, but it doesn't, and that's pretty cool.

"Organically messy" like it was carved into a wall with sharp stones and colored with chalk, it's a nice effect(I'm a sucker for traditional work also).

The last line wasn't sarcasm, though.

Ohhh I get what you mean now.
Thank you very much that means alot. :>

And if you tried that process on some other kinda picture it would look HORRIBLE, messy and cartoony and colors all over, wow. I feel accomplished aha XD

Haaaa I see your point there it's odd but it has an effect with the two together.
It's really interesting I think I might look that up now. "Organically messy" is a unfamiliar term that's for sure [whelp to me haha]

Aww, geez THANK YOU! Seriously thanks, never been told that before :>
I'm just speechless really ;u;
