Fanart for Spyro: A Hero's Tail.I always end up doing this in Dragonfly Falls. In that area where you have to choose between vulture-infested air and piranha-infested water, I usually pick the water. It's easier to outswim them. But I usually end up getting some kind of feeding frenzy following me and end up catapulting out of the water at Moneybags to buy a butterfly jar, screaming all the while. You'd think I'd learn or find a less crazy way to get videogame thrills.

A Nice thing is, if you manage to kill any of the piranha, by charging underwater, they thankfully do not respawn
The same goes for the piranha's you find in coastal remains, its harder there though, since the water is shallow

Yeah, first time i was there i charged head first into the water. Kept on charging once i saw the piranhas going OM NOM NOM PURPLE DRAGON at me, jumped onto a nice 'safe' island in the middle then had to flame the flippen heck out of these birds that decided i was going to be lunch!
After i had toasted turkey for appetizers, i wanted piranha pancakes for lunch. Charging through the water time !!!

Ahaha, I can't even remember what I did the first time (aside from flip out because THE LEVEL IS TRYING TO EAT ME WHY THIS) but like every time I replay it and get to that area, I decide that racing/battling the piranhas would be the best idea ever. 8D;

My sister wasnt around when i first did it and i started another game and got to the same part, called her and said "here, have a shot." she was so excited because i rarely allow her to play my Spyro games (my preciousssssss) and jumped in to have a leisurely swim.
made my day when she flipped out and started to charge around like a chook with its head cut off while screaming about evil goldfish.
i couldnt stop laughing, it cost me, but it was worth it XD
