Aww. I've always liked Batty, he's AWESOME. ...I do have to agree with *TriNeaX , he's always reminded me of that bat from Anastacia. XD
Oh God, it's been YEARS since I saw FernGully and suddenly the memories come flooding back. 8D
And tons of things I didn't understand or remember properly as a child are fitting together and making me understand the movie more.
