"But I don't wanna'!" Bubbles squealed, stomping her feet on the floor, out in the quiet school hallways. Everyone had reached class now.
"Yeah, why do we have to move to this stupid boarding school anyway?" Buttercup protested, scuffing her shoes across the squeaky floor.
"Cus' Professor says we have to. And this school Specializes in the training of young heroes like us, we're lucky to even have been excepted," Blossom pointed out. Buttercup mimicked her in a high tone, Blossom pretended not to hear it. "Now, remember, we're no longer in little Townsville. There are probably better fighters and heroines here so we've just got to stand our ground and try our best.
"But . . .," Bubbles stuttered, biting her finger nails. "What if they don't like me? Remember I used to get bullied in our old school because I was too nice . . ."
"Bubbles, I'm sure these guys are more civil and understanding. We're all heroes now!" Blossom tried to encourage her as they neared their new classroom.
"Blah, blah, blah - we get it! Can we just get this thing over with?" Buttercup pleaded and immediately pushed through the swing door, entering the classroom and joining class B2.
All eyes jolted towards them as they strode to the front of the room. Buttercup held her hands behind her head relaxed, Bubbles looked to the ground shyly, meanwhile Blossom smiled confidently with her head up. They stood next to Mr Crimsonchin, facing the large class who were surprised by their appearance.
"Oh, I'd almost forgotten. Today class we have a couple more 'Heroes' joining us," Mr Crimson announced. "Would you like to introduce yourselves girls?"
"Sure thing," Blossom said full of confidence and turned to face them all. "I'm Blossom, leader of the Powerpuff Girls." Whispers and gossip filled the room.
"I'm Buttercup - the tough one. Knuckle-sandwiches are on me," Buttercup threatened, punching the palm of her hand. More whispers filled the room. At her turn, Bubbles tried her hardest to perk up so she wouldn't be seen as the quiet weirdo of her class. It was her chance to be noticed.
"I'm Bubbles! It's nice to meet you all!" she said cheerfully with the most adorable smile. The boys wolf-whistled and cheered, Bubbles felt her cheeks warm up and go red.
"Very good," Mr Crimson smiled at them. "Why doesn't everyone else stand and introduce themselves too? Let's start from the front right corner of the room. Begin." A goofy looking boy wearing pink stood u.
"I'm Timmy Turner . . . and I LOVE Mr Crimson!" he said dazed. Everyone laughed, Mr Crimson cleared his throat.
"Marceline - the vampire queen," a mysterious girl said, flashing her fangs. "I'm NOT a hero. Only here to see how it feels to be . . . good."
"Dexter - boy GENIUS!"
"Fionna the adventuress."
"Atomic Betty, I've saved the universe tons of times."
"I'm Finn . . . N' I really wanted to be in Miss Bubblegum's class . . ."
"Marshall lee, the vampire king. And if your asking, I ain't with Marcy over there - we rule two seperate kingdoms," he said floating round the room. "But you Bubbles . . . Have got some hot stuff." He winked at her. Bubbles flushed and Fionna growled.
"Hey! I'M your girlfriend,"Fionna complained.
"Yeah, I know. Chill, I was just kidding!" Marshall chuckled and flew back to his desk.
"Billy!!!" a boy with a large nose squealed. He had his hand so deep down his nostrils you couldn't see it anymore.
"Mandy," a dark girl groaned.
"I'm XJ9. You can call me Jenny, I'm a super robot but still a hero," Jenny commented.
Everyone else introduced themselves, then they'd finally gotten to the last three people of the room.
"Brick," he grinned.
"Butch," he grinned wider.
"And Boomer," his smile went from ea to ear. The PPGs gawped and pointed at them.
"THE ROWDYRUFF BOYS!" they screamed in sync.
