It is day but there is no light
I  see but there is no sight
I  love but I am not  loved
I can Pray but I am not heard above
I dig yet I make no hole
I am without a soul

I think it might be better with gaps. This is just my views. it's your poem. do what you want. i love the poem though. it's amazing
